If you need an update on a delivery Please email customerservice@cablemonkey.co.uk with your order reference and any other details that would help to resolve the issue rather than call, this will be the quickest way to have the issue looked into and we will get back to you ASAP. Whilst the majority of deliveries arrive on time and without a problem, Next delivery & Pre-Noon service is NOT a guaranteed service and are Non refundable due to delay.
Deliveries are usually made by a courier service, which will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your goods. If special instructions are given, this will be relayed onto the delivery note however, depending on the request this will be down to the discretion of the delivery driver.
There may be additional charges for large and heavy items that require delivery to certain outlying areas. We will always inform you of these shipping charges prior to despatch.
Certain deliveries of heavy and large items and deliveries to off-shore and outlying areas are exempt from next day shipping.
Please Note - We do not process orders at the weekend or over bank holidays. Any orders placed during these times are processed on the Monday (or the first day back after the Bank Holiday). All deliveries, schedules and timescales are made on a ‘best endeavours’ basis, we cannot accept any liability or costs for late delivery of orders.
We sometimes ship items from other warehouses and on rare circumstances an earlier cut-off time may apply. Should this be the case we will always try to notify you prior to shipping your order.
